TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground oregano
Dash black pepper
1 smashed garlic clove

Mix all ingredients together very well. Marinade chicken and tougher cuts of beef overnight for stronger flavor. Marinade steaks and fillets 3 to 4 hours and fish 1 to 2 hours. Grill over hot coals or broil in oven. Tastes great with shrimp too! Marinade shrimp about 1 hour.
