VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can peas & carrots, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheddar cheese
onion, sliced thin
1 roll Ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter

Drain vegetables and put in well greased baking dish. Mix mayonnaise and sharp cheese and spread on top. Slice onion and place on top. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
