TURKEY BURGERS 
1 c. diced cooked turkey
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
butter
2 sesame seed hamburger buns
Lettuce leaves
Whole berry cranberry sauce

About 25 minutes before serving:

In small bowl with fork, mix first 7 ingredients and 1 tablespoon softened butter. Shape mixture into two (3 1/2 inch) round patties.

In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter; add patties and cook about 10 minutes or until golden, turning once.

Slice each bun horizontally in half. Serve patties in buns with lettuce, cranberry sauce. Makes 2 main-dish servings.
