HAWAIIAN RICE 
8 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. chicken noodle soup (dry)
1 1/2 c. long grain rice, cook 25 min.

Add to rice: 1 3/4 c. diced celery 1 whole diced bell pepper 1 onion, diced 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms (drained) 3/4 can crushed pineapple (drained)

Bake 350 degrees 1 hour covered.
