APPLE YAM YUMS 
2 apples, diced
1/3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (13 oz.) cans yams, drained or equal amount of fresh yams
1/4 c. Parkay
2 c. Kraft mini marshmallows

Toss apples, nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Alternate layers of apples and yams in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and broil until lightly browned.
