ITALIAN SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
3 med. zucchini squash 2 to 3 med. yellow squash 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped onion 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Slice squash thinly. Saute onion in butter. Mix this and all other ingredients, except cheese. Toss with squash. Put in buttered 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. |
