1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. butter

Mix above ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour over a large can yams or equivalent amount of fresh sweet potatoes which have been cooked. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
