TURTLE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines dark chocolate cake mix (pudding type)
2 sticks butter
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
1 c. chopped nuts

Follow directions on mix. Divide batter in half. In first half add 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup Eagle Brand. Pour in greased pan (oblong). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (or until done). Melt caramels. Add 1 stick butter, rest of Eagle Brand milk and pecans. Spread over baked cake. Pour other half of batter on top and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Good with ice cream.
