CROCK POT ENCHILADAS | |
2 dozen tortillas 20 oz. can enchilada sauce Onion Olives 1 c. oil Cheese Chili con carne (optional) Cut tortillas in squares. Put oil in deep pan, heat, add onions. Cook about 1 minute. Add tortillas. Pour in sauce. Add olives and onions, mix well. Pour in crock pot and heat through. Add cheese to serve. |
