HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. bell peppers, ground before measuring
1/2 c. hot peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Sm. bottle Certo

Mix pepper juice, vinegar, sugar and bring to a rolling boil then remove from heat. Cool 5 to 10 minutes. Add Certo and stir thoroughly. Strain and pour into small jars at once.
