CRAB AU GRATIN 
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. crab
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Wine

Melt butter; add flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until this thickens. Fold in crab and cheese and salt and pepper. Use wine to your taste. Serve with crackers.
