SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
Meatballs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, chopped

Cook meatballs in skillet, remove and drain fat from skillet. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar, and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add cooked meatballs. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chopped green pepper. Cook 5 minutes. (4 servings).
