1 head cabbage, chopped up 8 tbsp. slivered almonds 8 tbsp. sesame seeds 8 green onions, chopped up 2 pkgs. Top Ramen (any flavor) DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. salad oil 2 tsp. Accent (optional) 2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. rice or wine vinegar Brown almonds and sesame seeds in a tablespoon of oil or in oven. Mix cabbage and onion in large bowl. Add sesame seeds at last minute with almonds and crushed Ramen (uncooked and without the seasoning pack). Add dressing right before serving -mix well. Cooked chunks of chicken breast may be added. Lettuce can be substituted for cabbage. |
