CLASSIC TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 env. chicken noodle soup mix
2 1/2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Dash pepper
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked
2 c. canned peas, drained
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, combine soup mix and water; heat to boiling. In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt butter, blend in flour and pepper. Gradually stir in hot soup and cook until thickened. Add tuna and fold in peas. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
