CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2-1 tsp. flavoring
Food coloring as desired
2 lbs. powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese until soft. Add coloring and flavoring as desired. Gradually add sugar while mixing. Knead until smooth. Roll in marble sized balls. Dip 1 side of ball in sugar and then place it into the mold, sugar side down and press. Unmold onto waxed paper at once. (Makes about 150 mints depending on the size of the mold.)
