2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
food coloring

Mash cheese and flavoring. Add color. Mix in xxx sugar. Roll into small balls. Roll in sugar. Press into mint mold and remove onto waxed paper.
