CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pt. pineapple juice
1 c. grated pineapple
2 squares cream cheese
Little salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Make lemon Jello using 1 pint pineapple juice. Set in refrigerator to partly congeal. Then add 1 cup grated pineapple, 2 squares of cream cheese, broken up, and a pinch of salt. Stir. Last mix in 1/2 cup of cream, whipped. Chill.
