NEW POTATO SALAD 
3 lb. new potatoes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1/4 c. parsley
3 boiled eggs, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Boil potatoes and drain. Do not peel. Cut into fourths. Toss potatoes with dressing.
