TWO-CHEESE ENCHILADAS 
Low Cholesterol. Makes 4 servings.

1 c. salsa, divided
1 1/2 c. Light N' Lively Cottage Cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Kraft Light Naturals Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4 c. green onion slices
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
8 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread 1/4 cup salsa in 12x8 inch baking dish.

Combine cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, onions and oregano. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese mixture in center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam side down, over salsa. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup salsa. Cover. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
