CHRISTMAS SALAD 
Layer 1:

3 1/2 c. water
2 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapples, drained and reserved

Heat water to boiling, add Jello, stir until dissolved. Add pineapple. Pour into a cake pan. Chill.

Layer 2:

2 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 env. unflavored gelatin

Soak gelatin in juice drained from pineapple, cook and cool. Beat cream cheese and Cool Whip, stir in juice. Layer on top of chilled Jello. Chill.

Layer 3:

2 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello (cherry or strawberry)
3 1/2 c. water

Heat water to boiling, add Jello, stir until dissolved. Pour over chilled second layer. Chill, serve and enjoy.
