FAST BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
2 tbsp. catsup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. dairy sour cream
4 c. cooked noodles

Wash, trim, slice and drain mushrooms. In large frying pan cook mushrooms and onion in butter until onion is tender. Remove from frying pan. In the same pan, brown ground beef. Save 1/3 cup of broth. Stir remaining broth, catsup, garlic and salt into frying pan. Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes. In a small bowl blend flour and remaining broth; stir into frying pan. Add mushrooms and onion. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over hot noodles. Serves 6.
