SPANISH RICE AND PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dash of hot peppers
Garlic salt

Brown pork chops on each side; place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread over chops. Cover. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Yields 2-4 servings.
