ELEGANT SHRIMP & BROCCOLI 
Deviled eggs (12) halves
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced & sauteed
Velveeta cheese & white sauce
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny shrimp
Cooked rice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Steam broccoli and shrimp until done. Mix together with sauteed mushrooms. Make a thick, creamy white sauce mixed with Velveeta cheese. Pour over broccoli, shrimp and mushrooms. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with deviled eggs on the side. Bake for about 15 minutes, just to heat thoroughly. Great for luncheon and light meals.
