CINNAMON APPLE ON A GRAPE LEAF 
1 apple per serving
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
Cinnamon hot candies
1 grape leaf per serving

In a syrup of 2 cups sugar and 3 cups water, cook whole, peeled and cored apples. Add cinnamon hot candies until apples are bright red and slightly cooked. Drain. Mix 1 package cream cheese and 1/3 cup mayonnaise. Form a roll about 1 inch round and 2 inches long to fit inside apple core. Roll in chopped nuts. Pack carefully into each apple. Place on grape leaf (or lettuce). Top with mayonnaise mixed with a little heavy cream. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Pretty!!
