CORN CASSEROLE, DELUXE 
4 c. fresh or frozen whole kernel corn, divided
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Put 2 cups corn in blender with 1 cup water and blend at high speed until thick. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serve hot.

Correct seasonings to your taste.
