FRESH FRUIT WITH KAHLUA CREAM
DIP
 
Red, yellow and green apples, pears, peaches, strawberries, grapes, melon spears, fresh pineapple, etc.

Cut fruit into wedges or other shapes. Dip fruit in 1/2 cup lemon juice mixed with 1/2 cup water. Drain excess moisture on paper toweling.

KAHLUA CREAM DIP:

1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 to 6 tbsp. kahlua

With a spoon, cream Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Add Kahlua with the right consistency for dip. Beat with wire whisk until smooth.

On a platter, arrange fruit around bowl of dip.

Note: Dip may be made ahead. Fruit will brown slightly if held (after dipping in lemon juice) more than 2 to 3 hours before serving.

Yield: 10 to 20 servings.
