SARA'S HERBAL POTATO SALAD | |
6 baking potatoes 5 boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 c. Sara's homemade sweet pickles, chopped 3 tbsp. finely chopped celery 3 tbsp. finely chopped onion 3 tbsp. finely chopped pimento 3 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. Wash again, place in large pot and sprinkle with salt. Cook until tender. Remove from heat, drain and add cold water and drain again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in bowl with seal and sprinkle with more paprika, garnish with egg slices and parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
