SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sm. shrimp
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix ingredients lightly.

3. Place in 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
