3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. unpared cucumber, cut in 2 inch pieces
1/2 onion, quartered

Must be made in a blender. Put Jello and hot water into blender, cover and mix at #1 speed. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, lemon juice, and salt. Blend on #4, with blender running remove center cap from the lid and slowly add cucumber and onion. Blend until cucumber is pulvarized. Pour into a greased mold. Chill until firm and serve on a bed of lettuce.
