DEPENDABLE PIE CRUST 
2 3/4 c. of flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. egg
1/2 lb. lard
3/4 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. salt

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Cut in lard and mix vinegar, water and egg. Makes two double pie crusts.
