NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
1 c. lard 3 c. flour 1 egg 5 tbsp. water 1 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt Cut lard into flour. Beat egg. Add egg, water, vinegar and salt. Stir into flour mixture. Chill before rolling out. Makes 3 single 9 inch pie crusts. |
