SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 large can sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes

Beat together all ingredients.

Bake 30 minutes at 300°F in shallow baking dish. Add topping and bake 10 minutes more.

Topping: Melt butter and brown sugar together and pour on top of potatoes. Sprinkle nuts and corn flakes on top of butter and sugar glaze.
