STRAWBERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 c. pecans
2 bananas, mashed

Melt Jello in water. Add strawberries, pineapple and bananas. Jell. Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and Cool Whip for topping. Top with pecans. Refrigerate.

This is an outstanding recipe in mine and my church family's opinion. I made the jello portion of the recipe the night before I needed the dish for our covered dish lunch at church. The cream cheese/cool whip part of the recipe was quick and easy in my mixer bowl. The recipe doesn't say to do that, but I don't feel that you could get a good mix by hand.
