SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. boiling squash, mashed
1/4 tsp. savory salt
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten

Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Mix well and place in a greased casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
