HONEYDEW ICE 
1 med. honeydew melon
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. lime juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Ginger ale soda

Pare and cut melon into 1" cubes. Place melon, honey, lime juice and salt in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 ice cube trays. Freeze until mushy, about 1 hour. Pour into large bowl. Beat with mixer until fluffy. Turn into cube trays and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Serve in dessert glasses or place in tall glasses and add ginger ale.
