CHEESE BALL 
6 oz. smoked or chipped beef, diced fine
dash of white pepper
2 lb. cream cheese
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. pickle relish
2 gtts. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Cream beef, cheese, sharp cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish, Tabasco sauce and onion salt. Mix well; form into ball and roll in parsley or cracker crumbs.

Serves 12 to 15.
