EASY CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 (7 oz.) jars carrot baby food
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 10x15 inch pan.

ICING: Soften cream cheese and butter. Then blend all ingredients together and frost cake when cooled. Sprinkle top with nuts.
