EASY CARROT CAKE | |
4 eggs 2 c. plain flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/4 c. salad oil 2 (7 oz.) jars carrot baby food 1/2 c. chopped pecans Place all ingredients in bowl; beat until well combined. Pour in 3 greased cake pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool; remove from pan. FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter, softened 1 box powdered sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 tsp. vanilla |
