PEACH CUSTARD PIE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
Unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 c. fresh peaches, thinly sliced
Butter to dot

Beat eggs slightly, add flour, water and sugar and mix all 4 ingredients together. Line pie shell with peaches. Pour custard mixture over peaches, dot with butter. Bake 35 minutes on 350.
