MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 or 3 cans mandarin oranges, drained (save some for garnish)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Combine remaining ingredients - put in 9 x 9 inch to 9 x 13 inch pan and let set before putting on topping.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream or 9 oz. Cool Whip
Dash salt (optional)
Dash vanilla (optional)

Beat pudding with milk until thick. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Add salt and vanilla. Spread on Jello mixture - garnish with oranges.
