MANDARIN SALAD 
24 oz. cottage cheese
1 box orange Jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

In large bowl, sprinkle (dry) Jello over cottage cheese and mix. Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges. Mix with cottage cheese and Jello. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill. Can be used as dessert.
