CHICKEN PARISIENNE 
4 medium chicken breasts
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup (3 oz.) mushroom crowns
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sherry
paprika

Place the chicken in an 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients, including the mushroom liquid. Pour over the chicken and sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Serve over rice.
