STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 peppers
1 lb. chop meat
1 can tomato soup
1/4 onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. long grain rice
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. or more to taste
McCormick broiled steak seasoning

Clean peppers, cut tops off and parboil for 5 minutes. Brown onions in butter in fry pan. Drain butter. Add chop meat and brown. Add rice and soup and 1 can of water and seasoning. Cook until rice is done (about 20 minutes). Add enough bread crumbs until mixture is thick. Spoon into peppers. Eat or heat up in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
