CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. cabbage head
1 can tomato sauce
1 lg. can of kraut
1 med. onion, cut in sm. pieces
3 1/2 lbs. cured ham
1 tube pork sausage
1 (16 oz.) box of natural long grain rice

Cook cabbage until leaves are loose enough to pull off of cabbage head. Mix ham, sausage, rice, and onion together in a bowl. Tear off cabbage leaves and put mixture, about a handful, into leaf. Roll leaf up with mixture in it. Pour kraut into bottom of pan then pour tomato sauce on top of kraut. Place cabbage rolls on top of kraut and tomato sauce; add more kraut and tomato sauce on top of cabbage rolls after you have all of them in the pan. Put about 3 cups water in with your cabbage rolls. Cook on high for about 20 minutes, then turn down to low for about 2-3 hours.
