CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1/2 med. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice (long grained)
1 lg. cabbage

Mix all ingredients together except cabbage. Core cabbage and bring to a boil (whole) in clear water, boil 5 minutes. Drain, separate cabbage leaves. Form balls from hamburger mixture and put a ball of mixture into as many leaves as desired. Pulling corners of leaves together over mixture and tacking down with toothpick. Place in roasting pan. Mix together the following:

1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. bag sauerkraut
Dash salt & pepper

Pour over cabbage rolls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until done.
