TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can drained kidney beans
1 lg. onion
1 head lettuce
2 firm tomatoes, cubed
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. creamy garlic salad dressing
1 pkg. Fritos corn chips

Brown ground beef with 1/2 the chopped onion; drain. Add taco seasoning and kidney beans. Cook as directed on seasoning packet. Meanwhile, tear lettuce and place in 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with remaining onion, cheeses, Fritos, salad dressing, and tomatoes. Pour hot meat mixture over salad and serve.
