SWISS STEAK 
2-2 1/2 lb. top round steak
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 can water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with juice

Cut steak in serving size pieces. Pound both sides with meat hammer. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour and brown in hot grease. Put steak and all ingredients into large pot. Bring to boil. Lower heat to warm. Cover and simmer 2 hours, or until meat is tender and gravy thickens. Turn meat few times to prevent sticking. Serves 4-6.
