DUTCH PEACH PIE 
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
10-12 ripe peaches
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel peaches, slice and arrange in pastry shell. Beat the egg and mix with sour cream and other ingredients. Blend well. Pour over the peaches and bake for 20 minutes. Mix the topping and sprinkle over the top of the pie and continue baking for 12-15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix well.
