5 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
8 tbsp. Nestles Quick
4 lg. or 5 sm. eggs
About 3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix as in order. Separate egg whites. Cook pie filling until boiling or until thick. Pour in baked pie shell. Beat whites until stiff. Put on top of pie and brown. Makes 2 pies.
