HOT POTATO SALAD 
4 slices bacon
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 lg. potatoes, cooked, peeled & diced

Heat pressure cooker. Add bacon, cook until brown. Drain most of drippings; combine remaining ingredients except potatoes. Mix; add potatoes. Close securely pressure 5 minutes. Reduce pressure immediately. Serve hot or cold.
